What do I need to get started?
An account, some prepaid credit and an API key. Email our sales team and we'll open your account and walk you through the first message.
Do I need to be a developer?
Lumio is an HTTP API, so someone on your side needs to connect it to your website or tools. If they can make a web request, they can send a text.
How do I know whether a message was delivered?
Add a webhook address to your account and we post a delivery report to it when a message's status changes, using the message ID you received when you sent it.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. Crypto top-ups are accepted for your prepaid balance. Ask us about other options for your account.
Can I text customers abroad?
We use international routes. Tell us where your customers are and we'll confirm coverage for those destinations before you start.
What will my texts cost?
It's pay as you go, and prices depend on the destination. Volume pricing is available on request.
What kind of messages can I send?
